Module 3 – Patient Communication & Interaction: Introducing yourself, taking patient history, explaining procedures and medications, communicating with elderly, children, and disabled patients, handling emotional or distressed patients professionally.
Module 4 – Clinical Procedures & Workflows: Daily nursing routines, shift changes, vitals monitoring, wound care, mobility assistance, hygienic care, emergency phrases, teamwork communication with doctors and colleagues.
Module 5 – Medical Documentation & Reporting: Writing patient reports (Pflegebericht), filling nursing charts and medication logs, electronic health record terminology, formal German for written communication.
Module 6 – German Healthcare Culture & Professional Etiquette: German healthcare system structure, roles and responsibilities of a trainee nurse (Azubi), professional ethics, teamwork, punctuality, cultural expectations, patient rights.
Module 7 – Interview, Exam & Ausbildung Preparation: Answering common Nursing Ausbildung interview questions, mock interviews, CV/motivation letter guidance, preparation for B1/B2 German certification or TELC Pflege exam, understanding Ausbildung contract terms.
